In order to carry out the decisions of the meetings, some committee members visited

  1. Indian Embassy on 26 December 2012,
  2. the British Embassy on 31 December 2012 and
  3. Thai Embassy on 2 January 2013 and
  4. Australia embassy on 25 January 2013 respectively.
  5. During the visit, both sides discuss study tour plan.
